Chocolate Hazlenut Protein Balls

Need A Supstitute In The Fridge To Replace Chocoalte? I Do & Here It Is

I have already shared another kind of recipe for protein balls, today I am sharing again but this time with a different nut base and chocolate instead of vanilla. This is just me in the kitchen messing around with what I have in the pantry and what I come up with. I just like sharing my ideas to try and show you something you may not have thought of. These are really easy to make, I keep them in the fridge and when I am craving chocolate or something nasty I grab one of these and feel better knowing I have eaten a healthy home made protein ball rather than a snickers bar.

You Will Need:

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder & 2 Tspn Cocoa (or Chocolate Protein Powder)

1 Packet Hazelnut Meal

2 Table Spoon Chia Seeds (for omega3)

Low Fat Milk (just enough to wet the mix)

Coconut Oil

Shredded Coconut to roll them in

What To Do:

Put dry ingredients in the bowl, add a splash of milk, mix, may need to keep adding small amounts of milk until mix becomes wet to stick together. Roll into bite size balls. Roll in coconut. Done. 10 minutes. Refrigerate. Enjoy.

They look yum and super easy too. I have been looking for home made protein ball recipes so I will definitely be trying these and the other ones out.

Yum Yum. This is the second blog post I have read that involves a chocolate ball of some sort. It must be a sign to get baking and rolling 🙂 xx

Hmmm, I’d say a week, 4-5 days but good luck they will be gone in 2-3! R
