1. New Runners
2013 is about to arrive, hit the ground running in a new pair of sneakers for a new fit you. If you are not up to running you can at least go for a daily walk while you break in your new runners and build up to jogging.
2. New Gym Gear
Now that you are going running you need to look and feel good doing it. Get some new gym gear to look and feel the part. If you look like you are about to workout you are going to be more incline to actually do it. Get some nice gear that you can been seen in public dropping kids off at school and suitable for the milk and bread run.
3. A Water Bottle
Get a 1Ltr water bottle and it now goes everywhere with you. You need to drink more water and to do that you need to make it a habit. Things to consider, buy one thin enough fit in the drink holder in the car and on the exercise bike. Try for a 1Ltr one, they are hard to find as most are only 750mls. Buy BFA free.
4. iPod
Get yourself an iPod and load up a great play list of your favourite fast songs to help you get moving. If you have music in your ears to take your mind off what you are doing you will be able to work out for longer. Load a 30 min play list and don’t stop until the music does.

Ditch the Better Homes And Gardens subscription and get yourself a fitness mag subscription. This means that each month you will receive a fitness mag in the mail that will be full of great fitness tips and workouts to keep you motivated through out the year.
