Clean Eating is Easier Than You Think – Abs Are Made in The Kitchen Not The Gym
Another breakfast idea I wanted to share with you that is easy and quick. Crack two eggs in to a bowl, add a dash of skim milk, a few slithers of cheese, and a hand full of spinach leaves ripped up. Pop it in the microwave for approx 1min 40sec check stir and more time if still raw.
Done that easy. Now you have a really healthy breakfast full of protein to keep you full for longer, one serve of veg, calcium in the cheese and milk. The best thing is it is actually so quick and easy. I don’t mess around with a saucepan too hard to clean I’m a want it now girl so microwave it is.
Try it for breakfast or a snack during the day. Try not to add salt, cream or butter, in fact just don’t! Enjoy.
