Today’s challenge is to identify where you have been going wrong and what is holding you back. This one requires you to have a look at where you are at right now, where you want to be in say a year’s time and how you are going to get there. There is something you want for yourself, something you want to achieve, something you want to give up, some changes you want to make, some hobbies you want to try but all the while the little voice in your head continues to talk you out of it. Today’s challenge is about learning that sometimes that little voice in your head is a liar and is actually holding you back.
Only you know what it is that you want to change, we all want to change something, and only you can be the one to do it for you. You have to learn to identify what it is that is stopping you. Ask yourself is it a loved one holding you back, is it your will power letting you down, is it your fear of failure that won’t let you try anything new, is it yourself sabotaging your healthy eating plans, what is it, where is it that you go wrong? Once you can identify the hurdle, you can figure out ways to overcome it. If it is internal you have a good shot and reprogramming your mind, if it is external you can also figure out away to rectify that too.
You can’t move forward until you figure out what’s stopping you, what’s holding you back. Once you figure it out, figure out how to kick it and then you will be able to achieve anything you want. Don’t always rely on the little voice in your head because sometimes she gets it wrong.
