Yes I am going there, if you wear granny underwear you will feel like a granny! While you were pregnant out went the nice stuff and the granny knickers snuck in, now it’s time to ditch the flowers and bunnies and get your groove on under your clothes. You have probably forgotten what a huge difference some decent underwear will have on the way you look and the way you feel, which is the one we are working on here.
You don’t have to go anywhere expensive, I’m not talking go all Victoria’s Secret I’m just saying spend say $30 on some new underwear and you will walk a little taller knowing you have ditched the granny knickers. You can get great stuff at even the smaller chain stores like Target and Kmart and it won’t cost much. Everyone knows it’s important to have a good bra, your boobs are probably doing all sorts of things since you’ve had kids, get in to a store get fitted and get your boobs back up where they are meant to be. You don’t want those things that wonderfully gave life to your babies in your 20s hanging all over the place in your 40s!
I’ve done the hard work for you check it out Target have a sale on this week, Kmart are always cheap and Big W aren’t too bad either. You can still wear your soccer mum trackies it’s just nice to have something a little bit cute underneath that no one needs to know about. Take a little pride in yourself, what you get dressed in will have such an effect on how you feel. Think outside the square a little if you wouldn’t normally wear say something with lace you only live once why not give it a go, or matching bra and bottom’s, it will put the spring back in your step don’t underestimate good undies! Once you’ve got the new stuff in you MUST chuck out the granny knickers or you will be tempted to go back there. Out with the granny jocks in with Miranda Kerr lace, come on don’t be a prude!! PS. I bet your husband now likes my blog right?
