SPRING CLEAN YOU

For the last 13 days, the first two weeks of the New Year I have tried to motivate and inspire you towards becoming not just a New You, but to be the Best Version Of You. To love yourself a little more, to think outside the Mummy box you have become somewhat trapped in, to reprogram your brain towards a healthier better you. Everyone gets so caught up with the idea of weight loss at this time of the year I wanted to point out it’s not all just about weigh loss it’s about getting your head in the right space in order to clean up your life.

HERE IS WHAT YOU DO FROM THIS POINT

Four really really easy ways I want you to implement into your daily life for a better, happier, healthier you. These four habit’s are all you need to do at this stage to clean up your health and well being. Really it’s this easy, didn’t anyone tell you?ใ€€

1. Eat More Salad.

Really a great way to eat better, have a salad with lunch and dinner. You are now eating more fruit & veg than yesterday.

2. Drink More Water.

Buy a water bottle take it everywhere you go drink from it all day.

3. Workout 20 Mins A Day.

I say workout as I want you to work out a way to get active. It has to be something you like. Something easy to get you goind. I’d say start with a 10 minute walk away from your house, then 10 minutes to get back, you have now done 20 mins exercise.

4. Eat Less Crap.

Choose to eat better. Eat less sugar, eat less fried foods, have one less soft drink a day, have yoghurt instead of ice cream, have nuts instead of chips. Easy.

    This is such a great post. I have to admit I put on way too much weight last year but have been trying to do something about it. The thing is, I’ve struggled to find time to exercise properly and have been limited to the girls nap time, which sometimes is only 20 minutes. But now I know, that those 20 minutes are still worthwhile ๐Ÿ™‚ Thank you

      Renay, you can actually do a great deal in 20 mins. I will do a post on 20 minute workouts for time poor Mum’s. Watch this space. R
