So you don’t think you have time for breakfast, you are so wrong. Or are you one of those crazy busy Mum’s who believe they can’t start their day without a coffee? Well have I got an alternative for you! You must have breakfast you just must, this is the difference between having a sluggish metabolism or being a metabolic machine. I’m not talking having a big bacon and egg breakfast I am saying you should at least grab something quick, easy and healthy and this idea you can even have it in the car on the way to work/school drop off.
You Will Need:
1 Tspn Coffee
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Cup Low-fat Milk
Ice
To make:
Pop all in the blender and turn on, breakfast made! Poor in a cute cup or a take away mug. Knock it back in the kitchen or drink on the go as you drop little people off. That simple, it takes 4 minutes to make, and you have yourself a healthy, quick, easy, breaky in place of no breakfast or just a cup of coffee. Tastes as good as an expensive frappe you’d buy at Starbucks only 500 calories better. Try it and let me know what you think.
