Protein Pancakes – Have Your Pancake & Eat It Too

Sunday morning is the day when you have a little bit of extra time so why not make something different and yummy for breakfast? Today I am sharing my protein pancake recipe that I have on Sunday mornings for a yummy breaky. This recipe ditches the traditional flour, butter and sugar so it’s low carb and low fat. It takes a little bit of extra love to make, but your body will love you for it, because instead of having a high carb surgery breaky, this will leave you full almost up until lunch time.

Protein Pancakes

1 Egg
1 Scoop Protein Powder
2 tbsp LSA
2 tbsp Almond milk
3 tbsp Rolled oats
1/2 Mashed banana
1/4 tsp Cinnamon

Mash it, mix it in what ever order. Lightly spray the pan with olive oil just so it doesn’t stick, plop in in the pan and cook this little brown delight.

I have mine with Greek yogurt and today strawberries and almonds, you can  use whatever you have in the fridge just try and leave the maple syrup off or you are back to square one after all your efforts. Try it.

Just made these for breakfast! I’ve been getting so tired of eating eggs or oatmeal everyday and these were just perfect!
