How Your Skin Reflects Your Inner Health

SPOTS IN YOUR 30s IS NO FUN BUT MAYBE JUST MAYBE THIS COULD BE OF SOME HELP TO YOU

The other day I was chatting to a beautiful new friend (Hello Michala) and we both joked about how annoying it is being in your 30s and still having spots. Then only a few days later I had a break out of two nasty huge pimples on either side of my chin that made me not want to leave the house, like being 15. So I hit the net to do some outside the Clearasil box research to find out what could be going on.

I found this great picture which got me even more interested as my two yucky spots and all their brothers and sisters mostly fall in the area marked large intestine. So on went my research and here is what I found.

AREA SUFFERING FOR ME – LARGE INTESTINES

The Large intestine and skin interact with our environment as they both absorb and emit chemicals, water and other metabolic products. As the body’s largest internal organ its job is to absorb  food, nutrients and water. The function of the skin is to hold not only all of  your other organs, tissues, capillaries and muscles in place, but also to allow  your body to breathe.

POSSIBLE REASON – DAIRY PRODUCTS

Processed dairy products may be my problem. I’ve learnt today they do not digest easily in the human body. They  have no fiber whatsoever, and they contain a protein that is very difficult for  humans to digest. When milk enters the digestive tract, it can actually stay  lodged there for an extended duration and putrefy because there is no fiber to  move it out. It begins to create pus-filled sores on the inside of the large intestine wall. The exact same thing happens to the skin, it creates sores  with pus, dam spots. It is a reflection of what’s happening in the large  intestine, except you are seeing it from the outside.

So I thought the only dairy I’ve been having is cows milk on my oatmeal in the morning as I’d run out of Almond Milk and haven’t bothered to get more. Then it occurred to me, I’m having 2-3 cappuccinos a day so my dairy has gone up remarkably in the last few weeks and my skin and even worse my large intestine may be suffering as a result. So I am going to experiment, switching back to Almond Milk for breakfast and cutting back coffees, I will let you know how it goes.

Have a look a the pic and area your skin is showing it’s stress. Google and educate yourself and make the changes to see if that helps.

My skin becomes awful if I eat wheat – part and parcel of an intolerance.
