HOW TO MAKE FROZEN GRAPES

THIS ONE IS AMAZING FOR A HOT DAY OR IF YOU ARE PREGNANT AND WANT SOMETHING TO MUNCH ON

I found this out  by accident really, I bought too many grapes and wondered how they would go in the freezer after I have learnt how amazing frozen bananas are. Well I am happy to report that they too are amazing.  Just grab the amount of grapes you want to freeze, pop them in the freezer and you have a really yummy healthy alternative to ice cream. I’ve been putting mine in an air tight container just so they don’t end up tasting like a freezer.

They freeze perfectly and are really nice to eat froze on a hot day. I remember toward the end of my last two pregnancies I just wanted to crunchy on ice all the time I wish I had thought of this as it’s like ice with nutrients. They don’t freeze like little hard rocks they freeze in a way that you can still bite into them, like grape flavoured sorbet.

I like to pop them in a cute glass and eat them just while I’m at the computer that sort of thing. A no mess healthy yummy little snack that will surprise you how easy and how yummy it can be. Red grapes have more nutritional benefits and freeze better than green. Try both Enjoy.
