Chances are if you are female and human you crave chocolate, I know I do. If you binge on chocolate you undo your hard work so keep reading for a compromise. Instead of eating the brown commercial chocolate full of fat and sugar, try adding dark chocolate to your life. It is the better option for you, it is a different taste but you can get used to it. It is richer and will stop you eating a whole block.
Break off a few squares of dark chocolate, melt them in the microwave, then dip some almonds in the chocolate. You can use any nut but I’ve used almonds as they are the leanest nut. Now you have a delicious healthy snack ready for when you crave chocolate after dinner this evening. Give it a go.
