Healthy Chocolate Fudge And Coconut Bites

Think dessert has to be unhealthy, think again here is a perfectly healthy treat you will love

I found this one on line, not my creation, however I did make some adjustments to make it a little more guilt free so have a read, buy what you need and try this. It’s very yummy and very guilt free.

Fudge Brownie Layer

1 Cup Nuts (can be any kind almonds are the most leanest nuts so I used those)

15 Large Dates

1 tsp Vanilla & a pinch of salt

4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Put all above in your food processor until it turns in to a ball of chocolaty goodness. Plop it out on a flat tray this is the bottom layer done.

Coconut Top Later

1.5 Cups of shredded coconut

1/3 Cup almond meal

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

I warmed the coconut oil to make it easier, just add all these ingredients together. Then press this white mix on to the brown layer. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate add almonds and pop in the fridge. Chop up and serve. Yummo !!!

Enjoy

Renee

This is def going on my “to try list”….looks yummy and healthy.
A few weeks ago I made brownie bites (no bake)…bit like the base of this slice (dates & nuts). The were yummy and the kids loved them.
Happy to email you the recipe if you want to try them sometime 🙂
