The Real Day #1 of Becoming Fit & Fabulous

The most important factor in the way your body looks right now is what you put in your mouth. You have the control over how your body is shaped due to the eating habits you have created over the years. Don’t like hearing that? So what it’s true, but we can fix it we really can. We just have to get your diet right, how are you meant to know what to eat when there is so much sh*t on TV being shoved down your throat? So many restrictive diets that fail you, so many meal replacement shakes that would struggle to keep a lab rat healthy. Well I am here to change all this for you by educating you on a better, healthier way for you to eat your food. It is going to be a case of you reading my Fit & Fabulous posts and following along.
WEIGH YOURSELF: Ok I am anti scales but for the purpose of proving to you this will work I want you to hop on the scales and record your weight. Also grab a tape measure and measure your belly right where your belly button is. Ideally first thing in the morning, and we will do this again on Sunday and if you’ve followed along you will be in for a nice surprise. People who started eating this way last week have already noticed a few kgs dropping off.
KEEP IT SIMPLE: This is such a simple approach to changing your lifestyle. How lucky are you that you found my blog, please share it and get your girlfriends on board. My meals are simple as I do not have a great deal of time with three kids and a husband who works away a lot.
IT’S FREE: Yes I am crazy I am dead set sharing what works for me for free. No spending $90 on a Ashley Bines Bikini Body food program, who can be arsed cooking Kangaroo, Orange and Hazelnut Salad anyway. What kid is going to eat that sh*t? No need to spend $20 on a Michelle Bridges diet book who the hell is going to eat Portuguese Octopus Salad with Giardiniera? Holy shit not me, not my kids and frankly not you.
DO THE PREP: My meals work because they are real food that is real easy to make. By repeating the meal plan each day it will become habit. Some people have asked for different choices but it’s choice that is stuffing you up. Should we have Fried Rice, or mashed potatoes with our pizza tonight? Do the prep on Sunday and eat the food that you have ready on hand each day. Repetition is what causes habit. It’s a habit that you brush your teeth at night as you have done it since you were a kid. So eat like this pass this on to your kids so it becomes a new habit for your family.
KEEP IT REAL: Good old fashioned real food is the key to eating better. Less processed sh*t, less white sh*t. I really am only an email or Facebook msg away. I love your feedback it is what is keeping this running. Like I said I am not making a cent from this as I have no need to this is my passion, my hobby and I want to reach out to you and help you because I can. Not because I want your money to buy me a bigger house.
So weigh yourself as if you follow my plan by the next Sunday you will see a difference I am that confident in you. This week we will use to get used to the new eating and next week we will look at some exercise. Your diet is more important, abs are made in the kitchen not the gym I really believe that.

I’ve been a reader of your blog for a while and love it but am really loving this Fit & Fabulous series! My eating always lets me down, but I find it so refreshing that there are no choices in your plan because I agree that is what stuffs me up! I have wasted my money on the Ashy Bines and Michelle Bridges programs and nothing has stuck for long. I’ve bought clean eating cookbooks that have never been read and look at all these weird and wonderful clean recipes with ingredients I’ve never heard of! But this I will be able to do! So thank you for opening my eyes to the fact that I don’t have to slave all day everyday in the kitchen! I’m going now to measure my waistline!

Lol “Portuguese Octopus Salad wth Giardiniera!” it doesn’t sound appealing anyway, Renee. Am weighing n measuring tomorrow as I just read today’s post now…excited to see results on Sunday, even if it’s small loss.
Bit annoyed as health shop lady sold me plain pea protein, wish now went elsewhere for Vanilla as my SupaMum Protein Balls aren’t so wonderful, but I’m still gonna eat them anyway with a handful of dried fruit…enjoying Maca supp, wish I’d had that yrs ago, I’m anaemic, so it’ll help in that dept. Thanks again! 🙂

Hey thanks for that tip to use plain pea powder in the Brownies … I hadn’t got to bake them yet. You know your plan is gonna work really well this week two fold as we’re ripping out the kitchen and it’s gonna be a shemozzle – except the menu will be under control for a change! Many thanks 🙂
