Cannot believe how fast January just vanished can you? So many of you had such great results from my Fit & Fabulous Eating Guidelines that I wanted to carry it into February for you. This next 14 days sees us focusing on YOU, not just your eating, or your activity level but I am going to delve deeper. I want to get you thinking about YOU, learning why things are they way they are and how to find the motivation to change them for the better. This is where my 14 Day Challenge will come in to your life. Over the next 14 Days I will give you a daily topic and daily homework to make you the best you, you can be. Reminding you this is all a free blog and I do this because I love it.
