14 DAYS & 14 WAYS TO A NEW YOU 2014
This could change your life, if you could be bothered or could summons the willpower to ditch some of the junk you currently eat you can change your body. Just by cleaning up your eating you can change your waist. The bad habits with food you currently have need to be broken down slowly. You may be addicted to sugar or junk food but you can make better choices and slowly start to cut them out.
NEVER GO COLD TURKEY
You just can’t do it, and if you do you will fail. If you give up something you are more than likely addicted to you will feel crap, get headaches etc. We all know this as we have all tried to do it at some stage. Just cut it back, cut it back bit by bit with the aim to cut it out.
SIMPLE WAYS TO CUT THE CRAP
1. Don’t bring it in to the house.
2. Eat more fruit and vegetables.
3. Drink a glass of water when you catch yourself in the kitchen on the scrounge.
4. Eat one less sugary thing a day.
5. Eat one less fatty thing a day.
6. Swap one tea/coffee a day for a green tea.
7. Swap snacking on junk for nuts, or crunchy veggies with peanut butter.
I could of course go on all day, the point I want to make is simple small changes will turn into new healthy habits with repetition. No cold turkey only baby steps. Cut out one piece of crap a day cut out one crap drink a day and you are on your way to a healthier you. You are addicted to junk food that’s why you keep having it when you know its bad and it
CLEAN EATING WILL CHANGE YOUR BODY
If you eat cleaner foods, as in foods with less ingredients, like say an apple you are cleaning up your body from the inside out. It’s actually really much easier than you think.
HOMEWORK: Work out ways to cut out the sugar and fat from your daily intake. Add more water and swap a soft drink or coffee for a green tea. When you are hungry have a glass of water in case you were in fact thirsty then eat a one ingredients food like a banana before you reach for the crap.

I LOVE your FB page, posts and blog.
I LOVE your advice and attitude.
I don’t need to lose kilos of weight and I regularly run, exercise & eat healthy.
I do however want to try “clean eating” and I’m so HAPPY I found you.
Keep doing exactly what you’re doing – you’re AWESOME and THANK YOU.
