Sunday morning is a great time to experiment with foods you are too busy to make during the week. So today I want you to try this idea. Let me sell it to you, flour free, gluten free, low calories, high protein and 100% nothing processed.
You Need:
1 x Egg
1 x Banana
(Go 2 eggs if you are going to share with the kids that will make more). Just mash up the banana and add the eggies and mix together. Bit of coconut oil on the pan and cook these little cuties. They aren’t rubbery like normal flour pancakes and may need a bit of love on the flip. How easy, even a man could make these!! I’m having mine with a blog of greek yoghurt and some strawberries.Have a great Sunday all!
