Ask yourself do you have a powerful breakfast to get you through the day? Or are you one who skips breakfast altogether, don’t have time, don’t care? Breakfast is a must, it sets you up for the day without it you will binge on crap it’s that simple.
Try this power breakfast to fuel your body for all the demands that come with being a Super Mum! Here you have protein in the yoghurt, Omega 3 in the Chia, Vit E in the almonds and one serve of fruit in the banana. Serve it in a glass to make it a bit special, looks like something Gwyneth would eat! It’s Sunday morning so you do have time today! Better than a cup of coffee don’t you agree?
