Clean Eating – Chicken Nachos The Healthy Way

This is an idea for an alternative to greasy beef nachos with corn chips and sour cream.

Love Nacho’s but deep down you know they are just junk food, well here is a way to have your nachos and eat them too! Try this healthier alternative for dinner tonight.

You Will Need:

Chicken Breast

Whole Meal Pita Bread

Avocado

Can of Baked Beans

Greek Yoghurt

How To Make:

Chop the chicken in to small bite size pieces, and cook, add the baked beans. Let it warm up and blend together. Cut the pita bread in to triangles, spray with olive oil and bake until hard, these replace your party food chips. Mash avocado and have Greek yoghurt on standby. Serve anyway you like, but without sour cream, full fat cheese, greasy mince and corn chips.
