I did it, I went there! It’s yucky and cold outside, so this really wet and wild Winters day called for some real Winter comfort food. After dinner the kids and I made 90 second chocolate brownies in mugs using the microwave! I’ve seen it on the net and I’ve been wanting to try it for a while so on a stay in bed kind of day it seemed like an experiment I was willing to try.
Chocolate Brownie In A Mug
4 Tbsp Flour
4 Tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Coco Powder
2 tsp Canola Oil
2 tsp Water
Pinch of Salt
Mix it up slowly until it makes a yummy chocolaty paste, you may need to add more water etc until it looks like a thick cake mix. Pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds (microwaves vary of course). Let it cool as this little this thing gets hot. I had mine with Greek yogurt and strawberries. Yummo why has it take me 34 years to discover this little piece of awesomeness! Go on you know you want to!
