TODAY I AM SHARNIG MY NEW FAV SNACK THAT IS JUST DELISIOUS YOU HAVE TO TRY IT
All You Need Is
1 x Banana
Natural Peanut Butter
Almonds
Chop banana in to bite sized pieces, top with half a teaspoon of natural peanut butter and an almond. Also try blueberries yummo.
These are great for a snack during the day or try it for a dessert substitute after dinner tonight. The banana gives you the sweet taste you are after, the almond gives you the crunch and the peanut butter gives you the chewy yummy feeling. You wont be disappointed.

One of my favourite healthy treats is a apple sliced in quarters and spread with about a tablespoon of natural peanut butter. Sweetness of apple and healthy protein and fat of peanut butter – yum.
