BAKED SALMON STUFFED WITH CREAM CHEESE & SPINACH

YOU NEED TO EAT MORE FISH, HERE’S HOW TO START

We all know how good fish is for us and for our kids, it is full of Omega 3 for developing brains and protein for growing muscles. Here is an idea to try at home that looks a bit fancy but is actually really easy to make. There is no better time to start playing around with fish ideas at Easter right. So here’s how to make a really healthy easy fish dish with 10 minutes prep time and 30 minutes cooking time.

YOU WILL NEED

Salmon Fillets

Cream Cheese

Spinach (can  be fresh or frozen)

Mix spinach into the cream cheese. Make a slit in the salmon fillets. Stuff in the cream cheese spinach mix. Wrap up in a little parcel of alfoil. Done that took 10 minutes. Pop in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Done.
