3 WAYS TO EAT AVOCADO

Do you eat avocados? If not you should be. Avocados are full of antioxidants, vitamin C, vitamin E, and omega-9 fatty acids the building blocks for healthy skin. If you want to get your glow back you can start by adding these super fruits to your plate each day. Here are three great ways to add avocados to your day.

Avocado Smoothie:

1/2 a ripe avocado

1/2 cup almond milk

1 banana

Pop in blender and blend until smooth, you’ve now had your two serves of fruit for the day.

Guacamole:

2 ripe avocados

1/2 a small red onion finely chopped

1 small tomatoes finely chopped

1 clove of garlic crushed

1/4 cup lime juice

Salt & pepper to tastes

Mash the avocados with a fork and add the rest mixing it in together.

Avocado On Toast:

Wholemeal or rye toast

Chopped tomato

Add avo and a tiny bit of olive oil

This little super star fruit will help you look amazing on the outside and feel great on the inside. They are a powerful food that should be eaten most days.
